Warm Chickpeas with Almonds and Rosemary
Warm chickpeas with toasted almonds, garlic and rosemary.
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 pinch chilli flakes, optional
- 1 small handful whole almonds
- 400 g canned chickpeas, drained
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the garlic, rosemary, almonds and chilli flakes, stirring for about a minute.
- Add the drained chickpeas and keep cooking until they are hot and lightly crisp in places.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve warm.
