Tofu Noodles with Honey and Soy
Golden tofu and noodles coated in a sweet-savoury honey sauce.
- 500 g fresh hokkien noodles
- 300 g firm tofu
- 0.333 cup halal-certified soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 6 stalk spring onions
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil, estimated
- Soak the noodles in boiling water for a minute, then gently separate the strands.
- Cut the tofu into cubes and fry in the oil until golden on all sides. Stir the soy sauce and honey together, pour into the pan and let it bubble until slightly sticky.
- Drain the noodles, add them to the pan with the sliced spring onions and toss until everything is glazed.
