Steak and Rocket Sandwich

Steak and Rocket Sandwich — a step-by-step recipe on Flaavo.

• 200 g halal-slaughtered beef steak
• 1 item lemon
• 2 tsp halal wholegrain mustard, estimated
• 4 slice bread
• 1 small handful rocket, optional
• 2 tbsp olive oil, estimated

1. Pound the steak to about half a centimeter thick, oil and season it.
2. Cook on a hot grill pan until done, searing the lemon halves alongside. Rest briefly and squeeze over lemon juice.
3. Cut into small pieces and pile onto mustard-spread bread with rocket and the meat juices.
