Shaved Fennel, Snow Pea and Mint Salad

Shaved Fennel, Snow Pea and Mint Salad — a step-by-step recipe on Flaavo.

• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 1 item small fennel bulb
• 150 g fresh snow peas
• 0.5 bunch mint

1. Mix the lemon juice and oil and season.
2. Slice the fennel very finely and toss with the dressing. Add the snow peas and mint and toss again.
