Baked Fish Parcels with Vegetables
Fish and vegetables gently baked together in individual parcels.
- 4 piece white fish fillets
- 450 g green beans
- 500 g cherry tomatoes, estimated
- 1 bunch basil
- 1 item lemon for serving, estimated
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Heat the oven to 220°C and tear off four large sheets of oven-safe baking paper. Divide the beans, tomatoes and basil between them.
- Sit a fish fillet on each pile, season and drizzle with oil, then fold and crimp the paper into sealed parcels. Put them on a baking tray.
- Bake for 10–15 minutes until the fish flakes easily. Open the parcels carefully, as steam will escape, and serve with lemon.
